Meet the team

There are two of us, and we split the work along the lines of what each of us does best. You will talk to both of us before a project starts and to whichever of us is leading it while it runs.

Ingrid Valdez, design lead

Ingrid spent eight years designing for retail and hospitality before founding the studio. She runs the discovery workshops, writes the content structure and designs every layout. She is a stickler for spacing and an advocate for plain language.

Tomas Reyes, engineering lead

Tomas has built sites for everything from two-page portfolios to regional booking systems. He owns performance, accessibility and hosting, and he is the reason our sites pass their audits on the first run.

Good to know

  • We answer email within one working day
  • We are based in Northfield and work remotely with clients across the country
  • The dog, Biscuit, attends most meetings and contributes little
