How We Handle Handover
by Ingrid Valdez

The easiest way to judge a studio is to ask what happens on the day after launch. Ours is designed so you could walk away from us tomorrow and keep your site running without trouble.
What lands in your inbox
On launch day we send a short handover pack. It is written in plain language, not developer shorthand, and it covers everything a new person would need to take over the site.
- A map of the site and how its pages are organised
- Logins for every service, held in a shared password manager
- A one-page guide to editing and publishing content
- A list of what is installed, what it costs and when it renews

Training that sticks
We record a live session where we walk your team through editing, adding pages and publishing a news post. The recording lives alongside the pack, so new staff can learn from it a year from now.
After launch
For thirty days we fix anything that is not working as promised, at no charge. After that, most clients choose a care plan, but it is always a choice, never a requirement. The site belongs to you.
Good handover is how a studio shows it trusts its own work.
